I’m the founder of Gainsicles, Graeme Mitch, a college student at The Ohio State University, a lifelong gym rat, and a kid from New Jersey with a ridiculous sweet tooth and a vision. Ever since I started lifting in high school, I was obsessed with recovery. But no matter how many shakes or protein bars I tried, nothing ever hit quite right. I wanted something cold. Something fun. Something that made finishing a lift feel like recess.
